Data controller

What data we process

Data you provide in the form or by email: name, email address, phone number, the content of your request and any documents you send, which may contain personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to prepare a quote and answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering a contract), and after you place an order, to perform and invoice it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR) and to establish or defend claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be shared with translators and partners involved in your order, with authorities and diplomatic missions where the order requires it, with our hosting provider Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland, which has a European Commission adequacy decision) and with our email provider Google (Google Workspace). Google may also process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Data from requests that do not lead to an order is kept for up to 12 months. Order-related data is kept for as long as required by law, including tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies or tracking tools. The server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to prepare a quote and respond.
