We order records and certificates from Polish and foreign authorities, even if you cannot be there in person.

Living abroad or short on time for office visits? We order records and certificates on your behalf from Polish registry offices, courts and registers, as well as documents from foreign authorities.

On request we combine retrieval with certified translation, apostille or legalization, so you receive one complete set ready to submit.

How it works

  1. Send your documents

    Attach a scan or photo in the form, or email it to info@abc-office.eu. Tell us which country or institution it is for.

  2. Get a quote

    We check the document and the destination country's requirements, then send you the price, timeline and steps.

  3. Confirm the order

    Once you confirm, we handle the translation, apostille, legalization or document retrieval.

  4. Receive your documents

    You receive a file with a qualified electronic signature, or the originals by courier.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need a power of attorney?

For some documents, such as civil status records, the office requires a power of attorney or proof of legal interest. We send you a template and explain how to complete it.

Can you translate and apostille the document too?

Yes. We can order the document, translate it and apostille or legalize it in a single order.

Can you obtain documents from other countries?

Yes, through the international ABC Translation network. Tell us which document you need and from which country.
