We provide interpreters for official and business meetings across Poland. For official acts involving a foreign national – a civil wedding, a notarial deed or a court hearing – a sworn interpreter is usually required, and we will book one for you.

We interpret consecutively, simultaneously and in whispered mode, on site or remotely by video.

How it works

  1. Send your documents

    Attach a scan or photo in the form, or email it to info@abc-office.eu. Tell us which country or institution it is for.

  2. Get a quote

    We check the document and the destination country's requirements, then send you the price, timeline and steps.

  3. Confirm the order

    Once you confirm, we handle the translation, apostille, legalization or document retrieval.

  4. Receive your documents

    You receive a file with a qualified electronic signature, or the originals by courier.

Frequently asked questions

When do I need a sworn interpreter rather than a regular one?

For official acts such as a civil wedding or signing a notarial deed by someone who does not speak Polish, a sworn interpreter is usually required.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible. For less common languages and weekend dates, allow at least several days.

Do you interpret remotely?

Yes, via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or another platform, where the institution allows it.
