Embassy and consular legalization
Multi-step legalization at the Foreign Ministry and at embassies or consulates of countries outside the Hague Convention.
If a document is going to a country that is not a Hague Convention member – for example the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait or Egypt – it usually needs multi-step legalization: certification by the Polish Foreign Ministry, then by the destination country's embassy or consulate.
We coordinate every step, including the translations the mission requires, and check its current requirements each time. We also legalize foreign documents for use in Poland.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to go to the embassy in person?
In most cases, no. We act on your behalf and submit the documents to the mission. If a particular mission requires you in person, we tell you before we start.
How much does legalization cost?
Consular fees vary by country and document type, and some missions also require translations. That is why we quote each legalization individually.
How do I know whether a country needs an apostille or legalization?
Just tell us the destination country. Hague Convention membership changes over time, so we check the current status for every order.
