Certified translation

Certified translations of official, court and company documents by sworn translators listed by the Polish Ministry of Justice.

A certified (sworn) translation in Poland is made by a translator listed on the register kept by the Minister of Justice. The translator certifies that the translation matches the source document, so it is accepted by registry offices, courts, universities, notaries and employers in Poland and abroad.

We accept documents electronically from anywhere in Poland. You receive the finished translation on paper with the translator's seal, or as a file signed with a qualified electronic signature.

    We check the document and the destination country's requirements, then send you the price, timeline and steps.

  3. Confirm the order

    Once you confirm, we handle the translation, apostille, legalization or document retrieval.

  4. Receive your documents

    You receive a file with a qualified electronic signature, or the originals by courier.

Frequently asked questions

How is a certified translation different from a regular one?

A certified translation is made by a sworn translator on the Ministry of Justice register, who confirms it with a seal and signature. A regular translation has no official standing and is usually not accepted by offices or courts.

Is a scan of the document enough?

A clear scan or photo is enough for a quote. The translator states in the certification whether the translation was made from the original or from a copy. Some institutions require a translation from the original, so check with them and we will plan accordingly.

What does the price depend on?

The language, the number of billing pages (a certified translation page in Poland is 1,125 characters including spaces), the deadline and the delivery method. We quote each document individually.

Will a translation made in Poland be valid abroad?

Usually yes, but some countries also require an apostille or legalization. We check what the destination country needs and handle the whole procedure.
